Terms and Conditions
All rates are quoted in Namibian Dollar and include VAT and Bed Levy. Rates are quoted per
person per night sharing in a double room/single room.
Children over the age of 12 years pay the full adult rate. Children between 2 and 11 pay 50% of the
adult rate and infants under the age of two are accommodated free of charge. A maximum of two children
are allowed to stay with parents in a room.
Payment and Cancellation Policy:
For periods of less than 8 weeks, cancellation fees will be calculated as from the date of arrival
as follows:
4-7 weeks prior to arrival date - 50% refund to the guest
1-3 weeks prior to arrival date - 25% refund to the guest
Less than 1 week prior to arrival date - 0% refund to the guest
The lodge is unable to accommodate more than two adults per room.
Please note the following with regards to arrival and departure:
* Rooms may be occupied from 14h00 onwards on date of arrival.
* Lunch packs may be ordered for the day of departure at additional costs
* Please let us know if you are unable to join us for lunch on the day of arrival.
* Rooms must please be vacated by 10h00 on the day of departure for the convenience of following arriving guests.
* Dayroom rates available on request.
* Transfers can be arranged on request at an extra charge.
