Our Lodge manager and experienced chef, Rhona Strauss, has taken the
lodge to a new dimension. When it comes to feeding the soul, our team of passionate chefs will prepare
Euro-African dishes to entice your palette and uplift your spirit. Whether it's a wake-me-up breakfast,
picnic in the veldt, dinner under the stars, we will be ready to look after your every culinary need.
Let us know your food-requirements and we will compile a bespoke menu for your special function. We can
accommodate whatever you may need including breakfast, picnics, BBQ's, sit-down dinners, cocktail and
canapé functions, themed evenings, luncheons, brunches and buffets.
We have a licensed bar on the property and you can choose from the following options for your
function:
- Open bar with no limit
- Open bar with limit (please advise the limit amount 24 hours prior to function)
- Cash bar
- Bring-your-own at a corkage fee
Please note that we have a Special Liquor License, allowing us to open our bar from 10:00 - 02:00. After
these hours, we will not serve or sell any alcohol to guests. We are also unable to hold extreme
quantities of spirits and liqueurs.
