In 2006 N/a’an ku sê Nature Investment introduced a new lodge investment concept to
Namibia. The concept creates the opportunity for investors to buy to let a shareblock unit in the
N/a’an ku sê Lodge development. Investors may also utilize the unit for vacation
purposes. The concept is exclusive as only 21 privately owned lodge units will be developed.
N/a’an ku sê Lodge is conveniently nestled on the farm Frauenstein 277 in an 1800 ha
game camp. This area is malaria-free. Access roads are mostly tarred with 20 km of well maintained
gravel roads leading up to the farm. Although the farm is only 35 minutes drive from Windhoek there
is a sense of remoteness.
When purchasing a share-block unit, the investor is required to pay an initial site-fee. The
investor and project architect then design the unit. After all legal documents are signed the
appointed building contractor will build the unit to specification under supervision of the project
architect. The balance of funds is paid according to a building schedule.
When the unit is completed, the purchaser of a share block unit, after payment of share transfer
and legal fees, receives a block of 100 N/a’an ku sê Nature Investment (Pty) Ltd.
shares. The share block is linked to a use agreement that confers to the investor the net proceeds
and exclusive use of the unit with exclusive access to the game camp.
